Hands and Wings By Tina Bullen

Tina Bullen is a contemporary artist from Colchester, UK, working mainly in oils and ink. Subject matter is not a primary concern; instead, she seeks connections and communicates her meaning through a sense of atmosphere in response to the environment and the moment.

Her work invites the viewer to share in the making of meaning, and there is always softness, symbolism and soul to be found. More broadly than this, her work is generally representational, slightly impressionistic and revels in rich pigments. She has also been known to dabble in poetry.
