This nomination is a testament to the dedication of our trainees, staff, and supporters who make Level Best a vibrant, inclusive hub in Colchester. Every day, our trainees gain meaningful work and life skills through our four enterprise projects. Whether they’re preparing meals from homegrown produce, creating beautiful artwork for our gallery, or learning new skills in our gardens, our trainees are at the heart of everything we do.
